The honor comes via The Points Guy, who dubbed the carrier as the best one to fly. So, what makes Delta so great? It boasts extensive routes, a good track record for taking off and landing on time and it has a network of lounges across airports. The report also took into consideration factors such as overall customer satisfaction, comfort and pricing.

Delta also has an impressively low bump rate—only 32 passengers out of 136 million overall were involuntarily bumped off of too-full flights in the last year, according to The Points Guy’s executive editorial director, Scott Mayerowitz.
