Dozens upon dozens of celebrities are currently in Cannes, France for the annual Cannes Film Festival. It’s a luxurious couple of days where famous folk debut their buzzed-about movies and hang out on yachts, but as with any high-caliber red carpet event, it’s just as much about the fashion.
