Pretty much all of Hollywood ascended for the red carpet premiere of Avengers: Endgame on Monday night in Los Angeles, the final movie in the Marvel franchise that reunites all of our superheroes and will finally let fans know how they put an end to Thanos. And there’s no such thing as an Avengers gathering without an appearance from Captain America himself, aka Chris Evans.

Evans, like his co-stars, dressed to the nines for the occasion, wearing a custom navy blue suit and mint-green shirt designed by Paul Andrew, creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo, one of Garmany’s favorite menswear brands.

“Bold men deserve a bold wardrobe,” Andrew told Esquire of the look. “The talent that is Chris Evans is no secret, and deserves the armor of a superhero, especially for such a monumental premiere.”

But any regular ol’ dude can take fashion cues from Evans. This getup is proof that you can ditch the traditional formal attire—like a tuxedo or a black suit with a white shirt—for something just as appropriate but way more fashion-forward and fun. Evans is on our ‘best dressed’ list for sure.
