Fashions good enough to eat?
Here’s another reason to visit the city of lights: The 24th annual Salon du Chocolat runs through November 4 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. It features a fashion show complete with couture-created tulle and lace. But these fashions have been produced by chocolatier teams and are made of the edible confection. These innovators have been challenged to envision what fashion will look like—and taste like—in the year 2015.
