A taste of Japan, from Sweden
Garmany is highlighting Swedish designer Eton for a fall-winter collection that comes to life with captivating elements of Japanese culture. Yes, you heard right. Eton, a Swedish company known for fine dress shirts, has ventured to the Far East for this season’s inspiration.
Once the capital of Japan, Kyoto is where cherry blossoms, Buddhist temples, palaces and wooden houses all come together in a breathtaking, centuries-old mix of beauty and culture. Yet there’s no need to hop a plane to discover this magic; Eton has brought Kyoto to you in its fall collection at Garmany.
Some highlights are Japanese-inspired floral prints on button-up shirts; a Kabuki-based print on Eton’s twill, virgin-wool; and silk pocket squares depicting the Ninnaji temple in fall.
Anticipating that customers may want to get to know more about this trend-setting brand, Garmany has included Eton among the designers to be featured during the In Good Taste Fashion Series this autumn.
