Raise a Glass
Triumph Brewing Company’s Red Bank location has been brewing (cough, cough) for years, ever since it was approved along with the West Side Lofts project back in 2011. But our long wait for the restaurant and brew pub is nearly over! After undergoing extensive interior construction for the past two years, the restaurant’s beer vats were recently delivered and at press time, an opening was imminent.
Triumph, which has locations in Princeton and New Hope, PA, is owned by Adam Rechnitz, son of Joan and Rober Rechnitz, who founded the Two River Theater in Red Bank, only steps from the new brew pub. “I like the west side of town,” said Rechnitz, who grew up in the borough. “I like being in the arts and antiques district, and sort of the funkier vibe on the west side of town.”
With homemade suds and upscale tavern food, the newest Triumph is sure to be a—triumph!
